LOCATION
Useppa is located on the SW coast of Florida in the Pine Island Sound, midway between Boca Grande and Sanibel/Captiva Island.
Useppa is a 100-acre bridgeless island.
The island is only accessible only by boat or helicopter.
The island was developed as a private club in 1976 and remains that way today.
Currently the island has
- 120 private homes/resident members
- Historical buildings
- Staff housing
- 1000+ boating memberships
